Well there are some events that are just more eventful then others!! This was one of those nights where not one big surprise is revealed but two big surprises! We have all been to surprise events and you just know that the one being surprised found out somehow about the surprise! They play along like they had no idea but it just seemed like they were faking it for the quests sake! So you ask yourself how in the world do you pull off 2 surprises in one night and they both are hugely successful! Well Willie McNure and Carlton Antonio Burt did the improbable! 

The surprise anniversary reception was Willie’s idea because when they were first Married 25 years ago they didn’t have a traditional reception and Willie wanted to make sure his beautiful wife Tina McNure would finally have what she missed that day! So a brilliant idea was born and was put into action.

One of the activities of the evening involved a bouquet toss to all the single ladies at the event! This is where the second half of the surprise comes from. Tina’s Mother-in-law Janet Decker had an idea that when Tina was suppose to toss the bouquet instead she was to hand it to her daughter Taylor and then turn her around where her boyfriend Carlton would be on one knee ready to propose! She was totally surprised and almost in shock! It was a beautiful moment and I was lucky to be there to witness and capture it! 

The event was catered by Cher Coatney of CC’s Catering where she served Chicago style meat sandwhiches! The meat is in a awesome juice and is better known as Italian Beef! It was delicious and Cher was awesome to get to know! She wore her Green Bay Packers Jersey because she knew it would get Willie started because Wille is a Big Bears fan and Bears and Packers are huge rivals in the NFL! This was truly an eventful evening full of love and surprises! There was a lot of family and friends there to be apart of this special day for Tina and Willie and then Carlton and Taylor! I was grateful to have been a part of such a memorable day in this beautiful families lives!
