There are times when I go to shoot a senior session that I am not 100% sure where I am shooting. I mean in this case I knew I was going to be on a farm and near a covered bridge and I requested a spot that would be a trial in the woods. After we shot some amazing images at the covered bridge site we drove to the next location at the farm. When we arrived it was near the golden hour of that beautiful soft light. There was a field next to the trial in the woods that was lit up like a fairy tale. It was covered in high grass and surrounded by woods,kinda a hidden pasture. Leah’s mother Tammy was there along with aunt Carol! Also there were Leah’s beautiful horses. I really had fun getting to know Leah,aunt Carol and the horses and shooting some stunning images! Hey it wasn’t just my knowledge of photography that made this a memorable session with awesome images it was all the supporting cast and a beautiful sun angle and the amazing golden hour made its appearance and it was a welcome sight since the several previous sessions where in much more harsh lighting. Leah was definitely the star of the show along with her 2 horses!
